@gent and Happy
Happy runs Claude, Codex and other agents on your own computer from a desktop or phone. @gent runs Codex or Claude Code from tasks you email to yourself, with no extra app.
The difference
Happy is an app. You start Claude, Codex or another agent through Happy. The Happy mobile app shows the same sessions on your phone.
@gent is a runner and your mail app. You email a task to your own +agents address. The runner starts Codex or Claude Code on your computer and replies in the same thread.
Stop a task from your phone
Reply stop to a task thread. The runner cancels the queued turns and stops the running agent. It keeps the file changes the agent already made.
Read the open issues in the tracker export and group them by area. Then draft fixes for the three oldest.
Queued: claude / main / agent default / headless

stop

stopin the thread. Write it above the quoted mail. - 3Stopped. The runner confirms the stop. The thread stays open. Reply with a new instruction to continue the same session.
To pick a session up in your terminal instead, run atgent list. The continue a task by email guide shows a whole thread from task to result.
